  • Dialogue Script: 3 Characters Stuck in an Elevator

    Written as part of The Narrative Department’s Game Writing Masterclass I, this script places three characters from three separate games in an elevator on the way up to a party. The piece aims to mesh three character voices into one storyline.

  • Dungeon Crawler: Witch of the Ironwood

    Created for a Narrative Design crash course, this text adventure is follows a mute main character searching for the infamous witch living in the forest to break their curse.

  • Patch Notes: The Sims 4 Base Game Updates

    As an Associate Producer, I was tasked with writing from the studio. This often involved taking other’s writing as well as highly technical information and making it understandable for players. This post is the patch notes from the Infants base game update.

  • Playable Quest: Granny's Letter

    Written as part of The Narrative Department’s Game Writing Masterclass I, this quest retells Little Red Riding Hood. Red gets a request from her impetuous grandmother and finds out that someone else can commiserate with her about Granny’s actions.

    This was built in Twine.

  • Voice Matching: The Sims 4 Descriptions

    While at Maxis Studios, I was often tasked with writing in-game descriptions. This is a small collection of in-game text that matched The Sims’ iconic style and included lore for eagle-eyed players.

  • Other: Content Strategist Work

    Before working in a studio, I was a Content Strategist for Electronic Arts. I wrote about games across all studios under the EA umbrella.
